Is that a single speed pump you have? If so, it is wayyyyyyy too much for your pool.
It is simply lovelyThe more I have read, the more I find wrong. The way the returns were setup causes signification surface agitation. There are 3 returns, and each one is faced upward breaking the surface of the water. I was none the wiser before, but now have them pointed horizontal to slightly down (slight ripple if any at the surface) and moving the water in a clockwise motion around the pool.
Here is a little video (photo below) : Pool Return Agitation
New levels to come later today.

Been there, done that. Duh, of course it was from following PS advice many many years ago.following as I've never seen chlorine this high....
WoW! me too! I know you can post your results to the pool math app, but I like seeing the progress of the test tube as the thing dechlorinates (If that is a word). Perhaps if you threw some algae in there it would help chew up the Cl (j/k!). If not... can I get some of your pool water to chlorinate my pool?following as I've never seen chlorine this high....
I know it wrinkled my pool vinyl liner. Good thing they don't have to deal with that.We need @JoyfulNoise to chime in.. I wonder what a CL level that high is doing to your pool structure/plaster/grout!
Probably asking the kids where is the blue tee shirt you had on earlier..Got any dingy whites to wash? Just dip 'em in the pool a minute! WOW... Thatsalotta chlorine!
Good job getting on top of this. That really is a sweet little pool and landscape. You'll enjoy it much more soon, I promise!
