What type pump do you have?
Filter?
does every bubbler have its own pipe or is it 1 pipe with all 3 connected?
Do you have a Jandy valve for each pipe?

Let us know what you have and we will go from there..

Well they got you.. To do a balanced flow from each bubbler to match each other they should have been ran separate with a Jandy Valve on each.. You do not have a lot of options and really only 2..

1. turn your VS pump up or down to adjust the flow
2. turn the Jandy Valve to adjust the flow..

You will not be able to adjust each bubbler to do its own thing... They will never match like you are wanting... The problem being as the water flows through each bubbler the pressure is different for each one.. The last one will have much more flow than the other 2.. I think that is what you are seeing...

Yes that’s correct one valve controls all the bubblers

it’s goes up or down with the turns

its new built pool so any action can be taken against company ?

Not really... unless you asked for a valve and a single line per bubbler there is not anything you could go back on.. If it is in writing most definitely.. But it will be a MAJOR deconstruction/tearing apart your deck to get to the pipes going to the bubblers if they are under your deck.. If not it might be doable???
