Can anyone tell me the battery number that is used in the Truclear , is it a 1.5 volt or 3 volt battery, the keyboard will not respond to input and I would like to start by replacing the battery....

Jandy screens says standby 100% won't change
We opened our pool this week (installed it in October). Turned on our Jandy Tru Clear salt system added salt yesterday as well. My problem is the reading stays on "Standby 100%" I cannot push anything to change that. I have watched the videos. So I wonder if the cell is bad to start with would...

Thanks I pulled mine out and unfortunally it didnt have any markings on it ( strainge) , I will try the ribbon cable as well , I do appreciate the help
James thanks for the help thats what the problem was I removed and reinstalled the ribbon cable and now it works, Thanks for all the help

One thing I just found out is when that cr2032 battery gets low the unit will no longer remember its last setting and will default to 100% output upon startup. Just FYI
