How do you control the light color?

Did the lights ever work properly and change colors?

How old is the light?

How many lights do you have?
 
Do you have the One Touch control panel on your Aqualink system or is the app the only control?
 
Do the light colors change using the One Touch ?
 
So it is an app problem and not a problem with the light.

I suggest you call Jandy and see what they say. The app up to date?
