This light will turn on to Alpine white but will not cycle to desired color.

Did the lights ever work properly and change colors?

through the iAqualink app. The light is connected to the jandy control system

Do you have the One Touch control panel on your Aqualink system or is the app the only control?

Well never thought about doing that. Just went and tried and yes they do

So it is an app problem and not a problem with the light.

I suggest you call Jandy and see what they say. The app up to date?
