Jandy LXI 400 Heat won’t kick on w/iAquaLink after PIB replace

This system has been running fine for awhile. The heater stopped working and I replaced the PIB. I can manually turn on the heater at the unit but iAquaLink isn’t kicking on the heater. After replacing the PIB is there some configuration or setup that needs to be done? Thank you.

Is the heater set to remote mode? It's in the menu somewhere.
