Jandy LX heater does not heat to setpoint

I'm having the same issue. Jandy LT 400 heater is controlled by aqualink controller. Set temp is 103 but heater stops heating at ~89 degrees. Anyone have a solution to this?

Have you noticed if it is short cycling where is heats for a bit and then shuts down? Also, have you sat and watched the unit as it heats to see what if any errors come up on the display? What temp do both the heater and the Aqualink say the water is at when it shuts down?
