I need a new pool heater after our older Jandy 400k btu recently failed. My pool company is quoting 7600 for replacement with a Jandy JXIQ400NK . I saw a post from someone in my area (dallas) for $4300 from a mom and pop shop - name not given in post. I was wondering if anyone in DFW knows where I could find someone like that.

$7600 sounds rich. I would have said around $6000 for replacing an existing Jandy heater by a pool store.
