Jandy JXI or HiE2

I think the JXI is either 80 or 85% efficient, where the HiE2 is 95.
Is the HiE2 worth the extra money?

I did see someone make a comment in another thread when i was searching this, that said the HiE2 has a lot of issues?
Is this true?

I doubt you will get a payback with your low usage of the heater in Texas.

You know your Aqualink will control any gas heater? You are not locked into a Jandy gas heater.

This is the standard "firemans switch" heater connection to the Aqualink that works with all gas pool heaters...



Then some Jandy heaters can connect using RS-485 giving their "Sophisticated Diagnostic Communication"...
