Jandy ePump VSSHP270AUT Won't Turn On

New to the forum. Noticed our filter pump wasn't working while having the pool inspected for leaks (which we have) yesterday. I opened the electrical box (lower right in photo) and found water and rust inside. Dried it out but still getting Water Sensor: Short and "Jandy ePump 1 (Offline)" status notifications on the iAqualink app. Don't know how water got in the electrical as it's never been opened since install 4 or 5 years ago, but rust indicates water has been getting in for a while. Everything else works fine except the filter pump. Checked power and I get 240V at main power wires coming in the electrical box. I haven't removed the cover where the pins are located yet.

A few questions:
1. Where can I get RS485 cable to try jumping 1-3 and 2-4 as I've read about?
2. I'm guessing it's the motherboard without any further troubleshooting? Bad weather in SE Texas today.
3. Leak inspector said to place in service mode to prevent the Polaris pump from burning up, but it seems to get water from the plumbing without the filter pump running?

There is nothing special about the RS-485 wires. To jumper the pump, any solid copper 18-24 gauge wires will do.

The Polaris booster pump should not be run without the main pump running. It can be damaged running that way.

Thanks for your comment. I removed red wire at pump electrical box, toggled the dip switches and then returned to normal positions and the pump came on after restoring power. My only issue now is the iAqualink will not recognize the system...keeps showing offline via the mobile app. Pictures of VSP Jandy ePump and internal of electrical box.
