Can a Jandy Aqualink automation system control a Hayward ColorLogic led pool light? Can this be done the same way a Jandy Watercolors is controlled on an Aqualink by choosing a color or color show? Or is the only way to cycle through colors on a Hayward Colors light, on an Aqualink automation system, is by turning on and off?

Automation systems change light colors the same way you do with a switch.. They just do it by turning the controlling relay on/off until the proper color is selected.
If the number of times the switch has to be turned on/off to select a color is the same between the two lights, then your Jandy system will control Hayward light the same as your current lights.

Yes it does. In the Color Light Setup there are options for: Jandy LED WaterColors, Hayward Color Logic, Pentair IntelliBrite, JandyColors, Pentair SAm/SAL
