I have another pool system in which it has an RS One Touch Control Panel with a rev. B11 and bad led display (a bunch of black dots), a Jandy serial adapter connected to the Savant system (but somehow, it doesn't work at the moment), and a wireless Aqualink Palm. I have a few questions:

1. Is there a way to fix the led display screen on the one touch, or do I have to purchase a new one? Can I get a compatible one on ebay or better to stick with OEM products?
2. The Aqualink Palm can control all the equipment. However, when I go into the Menu, I do not see the option for Program. The manual says I can schedule the pumps from the Aqualink Palm, but mine does not have that Program option under Menu. Is it a revision version issue?
3. I have a Savant system that can control the equipment on/off. I'm getting a savant tech to troubleshoot why it is not working at the moment. My question is, can a Savant do pool pump and pool cleaner scheduling, or is it limited to just turning on/off on demand? If I can do it from the Savant, I might not need the RS One Touch control panel or the Aqualink Palm.

If your system is an RS and not a PDA based system then the PDA can't be used to program it. Do you have a Wi-Fi antenna?

It appears to be an RS, and the wireless PDA transmitter and wireless Palm device was added to the system by a previous owner. I don't know enough about the mainboard revision. The current system does not have a wi-fi antenna. However, it has a Jandy Serial adapter for the Savant system which does not work at the moment. It did work before. In the Savant app, I only see to turn equipment on/off and not any thing to schedule pump or cleaner.

You'll likely need a working onetouch or perhaps an allbutton to program that. Another option is to upgrade to a current version. Onetouch is on eBay but not cheap.

The one touch is around $500 which is not cheap as you mentioned. I would have to get the upgrade kit which is about $1100 and includes the mainboard. When switching out the mainboard, do I have to do any special configuration to match my current board, or is it a simple swap in and out? If it is a simple swap, I would mind spending the extra $600.

I am familiar with the Goldline Aqua Logic. I can get into the configuration of that system and replace the pcb mainboard which I have done once before. However, this Jandy Aqua Link is unfamiliar to me. The Aqua Link system I have consist of 2 pcb mainboards connected somehow. The second board controls a bunch of pumps for water features and such. I am not sure how it is wired, but the mainboard with the spa/pool setting and where the RS one touch is connected is probably the board I need to replace to get the WiFi capability. I probably just need to see a video of someone switching out a Jandy mainboard and reconfiguring the new board. Most video I see on youtube is people physically switching out the boards. That is something I can handle for sure.

My apology. This thread is about the Jandy Aqua Link. I have another house that as the Aqua Logic (which has a different issue).

I bought a new One Touch, and it appears there's is something wrong with the wiring. I plugged the new one touch and it was revision D01. However, the screen is filled with black dots, and only the revision is displayed on the top of the screen. The Jandy Serial adapter is also wired into the 4 wire connector in the back, and a 9v 1a power source. This system looks complex.
