Jandy Aqualink panel - model 8156 RS-8 Combo message

Hi everyone - anyone know what this message means on my Aqualink panel? I am unable to press any of the panel buttons as it’s stuck on this message.. thank you

You have a Jandy OneTouch Controller.

I think it is not communicating with the Jandy panel.

You may have a problem with the wire connecting the panel and the controller.

I would power down the Aqualink, pull the controller out and disconnect the wire. Take the controller out to the panel and connect it using a short new 4 wire cable. See what you get when you power up the Aqualink.

thx ajw22.. I will give that a shot. Question do you know if my pump will come on this morning as scheduled ? And if I would be able to switch the system to service mode and operate as needed?

Thanks ajw22.. I will give that a shot when I get home later. Question, do you think the pump will still come on today as scheduled? And would I be able to switch the system to manual mode if not?

It should.

The Jandy Aqualink panel should run independent of the One Touch controller.

You should be able to put the Aqualink in SERVICE mode and press individual AUX buttons.

Thank you ! And the pump did come on as scheduled so just need to troubleshoot the one touch controller later today
