Editing to clarify: I need help connecting the J&J /Halco lights to the Pentair Intelliconnect app. My only options are for Pentair Light, Jandy or Hayward. The brand I have (and worked fine until I removed the device from the Intelliconnect app) is J&J/Halco. This is an app finding the right lights issue that I need help with.

I had our Colorspash VU mutlicolor lights connected to Pentair Intelliconnect before I (stupidly) deleted the device when the lights were out of sync. I thought it would be easy to reinstall them. My mistake. Now the Intelliconnect app offers Hayward, Jandy and Pentair options for lights and white light option. The lights are the only connection on Relay 2. I see the green light that the relay is on and I hear them click to connect and the timer starts counting down in the app as if the lights are actually on. They are not. None of the options to connect the lights actually turn the lights on.
The lights work, I had them on before I removed the device. Since Intelliconnect communicated before, I am wondering why it won't start the lights now.

Is there some way to connect J&J Halco Colorspash VU RGB lights to the Intelliconnect app again? Will any of the options inside the Pentair Intelliconnect app work to control these lights?

Thanks for help! Big 50th birthday party this weekend and would love to have these working.

Yep, everything is on and working. The light for the Relay is glowing green when I use the app to turn on the lights. They just don't light up like they did this morning before I disconnected them as a device.
If the transformer is getting power but the lights aren't working, test the output of the transformer. If there is voltage but no lights, the lights are bad. If no voltage, the transformer is bad.

The lights worked just fine this morning. The only change was that I removed the device from the Intelliconnect app and need to find a 'device' on the app to re-add them so they work. My only options on the app are pentair light, hayward and jandy. Not J&J, so the app is my issue. I need to connect J&J to Pentair Intelliconnect app. That is where I need help.

There is no actual communication between the lights and the IntelliConnect.

The IntelliConnect just quickly pulses the relay on and off "x' times to tell the lights what color they should be. Everyone has their own "code" for the number of pulses it takes to do what you want. Green may be 3 pulses on Pentair, and 6 pulses on Jandy as an example.

I am not sure that the "code" for your lights matches the Pentair lights.

If they worked before, one of the three selections must work. I doubt there was ever a "J&J" selection.

How long did the lights work, before you removed them from the app?

Before I had a generic "lights" option. Though I had the same color schemes as the pentair light offers so it may have utilized the Pentair setting. Now my only options for lights are Pentair, Hayward and Jandy. When I try each of these, the Pentair and the Jandy make the relay pulse like you mention. Nothing from Hayward. The green light is on for the relay. But no lights. I cannot imagine that simply removing the device from the app harmed wiring. The lights worked for the last year and a half that we've had the pool up until I removed a device from the app this morning thinking I could just re-add it and the 2 lights would go back to being in sync. Ugh....
