Issue with pool for last week

I have a 18000 gallon pool, where the pool has been teal for around a week now with the filter running 24:7 for the entire period. Initially shocked the pool, with free chlorine around 10 and need to address ph to drop it and alkalinity. Currently free chlorine is 6.4 but still not clearing up. I have also added in no pos and pool clearer 911. I have attached a photo of the pool and filter today.

How are you testing your water? If you don't have a recommended kit, get one. Link-->Test Kits Compared

If you don't have a kit, add 5ppm of liquid chlorine per day until it arrives.

If/when you have a recommended kit, follow the SLAM process. You cannot safely perform the slam without a recommended kit. Link-->SLAM Process
