Issue with Pentair is10 remote

RS-485 comm port provides power to the Spa Command through the red and black wires.

is4 remote is not powered and uses a different type of connection.

Let’s see what the Pentair tech finds.

Am curious to see what the Pentair tech finds. I have a Spa Command remote on my InteliCenter and it's been configured as an iS10 instead of as a SpaCommand. And everything about it works just fine. Perhaps these two configurations are basically the same? Curiously, my list of configured remotes includes two iS4 devices, neither of which actually exist, and neither of which allow me to select them from the delete menu.
