Is this normal?

New to the pool construction, frame /Gunite is complete, but noticed that one side of the pool is pushed past the frame.. is this a concern or normal?

Yeah gunite frames blow out sometimes. Better than having a void. If they can just bury it they probably will but if not, they'll chip it off.
