Is there inexpensive pool ladder?

Need suggestions on pool ladder for 16x 48 intex ultra. I am slamming and just pulled out my ladder that we left in all year :/ it is peeling and rusted

Is it "reversible"?
Could you put the good side in the pool and then sand and repaint the bad side and leave it outside?

Yeah it's the one that came with it. Its got white grainy stuff stuck to it that is hard to get off. Is that algae?

There are usually lots of Intex ladders available. Look on Craigslist or Kijiji or local swap sites. Even ask on these sites. Someone is bound to have one.
