Wedding Cake Steps in 20' Round Intex Pool

I want to get a set of actual steps for in my 20' Round Intex pool. I'm looking at wedding cake steps (Confer® Curve Complete Inpool Step System For Inground Pools - PoolSupplies.com). My pool stands alone so there is no deck to attach stairs to. As such the steps will have to be weighted down enough to just sit on the bottom of the pool and also have a compatible ladder to connect to on the outside.

Does anyone have first hand experience with inpool steps in an Intex pool that aren't attached to a patio or deck?
