We decided to go with the smaller one so more of the table is smooth for drinks. Don't want the drinks spilling!!
Alcohol abuse is not to be tolerated, and spilling qualifies as abuse. Is the blue outer circle going to be sand blasted as well?

Yes the outside will be a 2 inch sand blasted ring and then the star will be sand blasted as well.
