Yes someone should always be there. Luckily I own my own business and can be here for it all.
I couldn't find how many you are adding. It's preferable to have the lights pointed away from the main sitting area.
And you wouldn't want it shining at your pool table either.

We are doing one. I think I'll put it in the wall right after the bench for the table. Shining to the deep end.
I think that would be a good place. As far as I can tell from those photos, the light would NOT be shining towards the house, right? There are some clever people who might have a better idea.

One light? I would put it.............right over the bottom drains pointing at the waterfalls.
Two lights? I would put on that same area BUT one of the left side of the curve so it does NOT point at the table but to the right side of it looking at the table. The other one I would put put on the other side of the curve pointing towards the deep end.

You can always put a pretty pole light at the deep end to lighten up that areas. There are some pretty ones out there.
