Intex sand filter pressure too high flow too low

Im suddenly having an issue with my filter. The pressure is steadily in the middle of yellow no matter how much i back wash. Now i dont have enough water flow to run my intex vaccum. I have a swg as well.

High pressure in the filter and low flow indicates a blockage. I think you will have to disassemble the filter and look in it to see what's blocking it,

Strange i have a filter basket. Maybe aglae thats not getting backwashed? The pool was a swamp when i cleaned it back up
