Should I be concerned about one of my corner joints that is not all the way pushed in? I failed to check it and I have pool filled 3/4 of the way, should I drop water level and adjust or adjust and continue filling. Here are both corners that are on same side of pool as you can see it's not very in very far. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated

Theses are floating corners, even when full they float. Not even sure why they are there. I can easily pull mine out. The only one that isn’t floating is the corner where my paver broke.
