Hi All,
I own a 15 x 48 intex metal frame pool. Liner is vinyl and has two outlets (water to filter) and one inlet (water from filter).
Each outlet uses a strainer connector that pushes through the liner and is attached to a 1 1/4in hose fitting. The strainer has a grid cap that screws on. (See two photos below)
I believe there is a way to use a different cap that would allow a vacuum hose to be connected for manual vacuuming of my pool.
1) is this true?
2) is the cap shown in blue the cap?
I’m open to any other ideas as long as it doesn’t not involve modification to the liner.
