Hello Poolsters, my pump is not running. I am getting 120 V from the source, but when I turn on the pump manually from the timer, the pump does not run and I get 70 V on the leads that go to directly to the pump. Also, I don’t think this matters in this case, but the timer gears are not turning so the internal motor is a dead I presume.
It seems like something is wrong with the timer other than just the internal motor being dead unless getting 70 V is normal.
To check the pump motor, I would like to bypass the timer, but I’m not completely confident which wires to connect to one another. Using the yellow numbers in the photo, 1, 2, 3, 4, which wires should I connect to bypass the timer?
All advice appreciated!
