Hello,
As I am watching and preparing for the colder temps, my plan is to leave my pool running 24/7 for the next couple of days. I wrapped the pool equipment PVC pipes with some pipe insulation as a precautionary measure and will also cover with a tarp.
I know this is a silly questions but to avoid having to go out at night to turn the pump on. I turned the pump on manually this morning since it's pretty cold out due to wind chill. If I removed the on and off tripper will the pump run non stop until I manually switch it off again and place the trippers back on?
Also, as shown in the photo for my polaris switch/timer, the on tripper is broken where I cannot get this tripper off to replace it. I appreciate suggestions with how best to remove the tripper without damaging the timer wheel or anything else.
Many thanks,
