Intermatic clock malfunction

Sound like you need a new one, they are very good and last a long time but the do die... Just look at the model number and get the same one from Amazon :)
 
I have had to replace the set screw start/stop attachments and that fixed a start/stop issue I was having. Odd that the manual switch is not functioning as it is a basic mechanical switch. Shut off the breaker and remove the clock to have a good look at the switch mechanism from the back of the unit and test the continuity across all terminals. Also be sure your wiring into and out of your timer is correct.
