Intellivalve when winterizing

Wondering what you all do when winterizing your equipment. Do you leave your Intellivalve hooked up and wired in? Or do you take it out and disconnect from IntelliCenter during the winter period?

I keep everything out with the exception of my salt cell.

The IntelliValves are not well sealed along the same on the side. We are seeing people get water into the valve and corrode the motor. People are putting silicone along the seam to keep water out of the valve. I suggest you do that whether you lave the actuators out for the winter or bring them in.

If you get enough snow pack where the IntelliValve would get buried in the snow I woudl bring them inside for the winter.
