I have an intelliconnect that i upgraded to pentair home the other day. I got a freeze protect text message one night about a week ago that i think was probably accurate. Ever since Home is telling me that the pump is in freeze protection mode even though it's 85 degrees out and the water is 75. The only way i can get it out of freeze protect is to disable it in Home.
I think it's probably related to home but maybe it could be the temperature sensor in the pump.
1) where is the temperature sensor in the pump and do they go bad?
2) the intellichlor temp is showing correctly
3) how can i test if this is related to the app or if it's hardware? will deleting the pump from the app relinquish all control and how do you tell if the pump is in freeze protect on the pump screen?
Thanks
Steve
