IntelliChem SWG Management by Percentage Output

DISCLAIMER: I looked all over the forum prior to creating this thread. If the information exists, I apologize for creating more clutter.

I have a 15K Salt water pool in the Scottsdale Arizona. The equipment involved in this issue include an Intellicenter, Intellichem, and an IC40 SWG. The IC40 SWG is connected to the Intellicenter as is the Intellchlor.

The Question:
How do I manage my SWG output by percentage (See chart below) without disconnecting it from the IntelliChem? I would like to control the percentage output through the Intellicenter2 app, rather than changing the ORP setting on the Intellichlor as outlined belwow.


My current configuration is to manage ORP by TIME.

• The SWG is fixed at 100% due to the Intellichem I believe.
• I use the MIXING TIME as the time the SWG is turned off.

• I use the DOSE as the time the SWG is running .

• I place no limit on the process with the setting the LIMIT to 24 hours. The SWG only runs if the pump is running.
• In summary, the screenshots run the SWG at 100% for 20 minutes out of every hour.

My DESIRED State is to conrol the SWG using the Percentage out put chart:

• 0% - No LEDs lit - No chlorine produced - IntelliChlor Electronic Chlorine Generator is off.
• 20% - 1 LED lit - Produces chlorine 20% of each hour of pump run time, 12 minutes on, 48 minutes off.
• 40% - 2 LEDs lit - Produces chlorine 40% of each hour of pump run time, 24 minutes on, 36 minutes off.
• 60% - 3 LEDs lit - Produces chlorine 60% of each hour of pump run time, 36 minutes on, 24 minutes off.
• 80% - 4 LEDs lit - Produces chlorine 80% of each hour of pump run time, 48 minutes on, 12 minutes off.
• 100% - 5 LEDs lit - Produces chlorine almost 100% of each the hour of pump run time, 59 minutes on, 1 minute off.

The procedure for changing the percentage output seems to allude me.

• I tried to run the SWG by TIME as shown above but change the MIXING TIME: 0 and the DOSE TIME: 60. Essentially run SWG constantly.
• Then I attempted to change the percentage output to a percentage (40% as a test). The display on the IC40 stayed at 100%.

There is a specific section towards the bottom on disassociating your IntelliChlor from the IntelliChem.

Thank you for the reference, I had not found that piece of information. However, it appears that I would lose the pH control of the Intellichem while gaining control of the Intellichlor in the trade. I was hoping to have my cake and eat it too.

That is not how it works I believe. But we have very few members with these systems so may take some time to find one to comment.
