Intellichem says it's dosing acid but acid pump is doing nothing

Intellchem hooked up to the Pentair Acid Pump and an IC40 SWG.
All settings look good (Relay 2/ICHLOR)
When intellchem says it's dosing, nothing happens at the Stenner pump, no movement, noise, nothing.

Tried switching to a different pump (I had a chlorine pump that I won't be using) same results, no movement or nothing. I don't think I have two bad pumps.

Any ideas or troubleshooting techniques I can use to figure it out? Tried self diagnoses and I did get a interesting error code of 70H that I cannot figure out.

I have an IntelliChem, similar setup but with the older Shurflo pump. Unfortunately, I can't offer much help on the error code, but have you tried Pentair Support? They were helpful when I had questions. Good luck.

Just wanted to button this up and it ended up being the pump on the tank was bad (both the Chlorine and Acid tank pump had gone bad) apparently you are expected replace these pumps every couple of years. Pentair P/N is 522574 and they cost around $250.
