My Pentair Intellichem just started giving me this error. There is a communication cable the goes from the Intellichem to the Easytouch 8.
When the error shows up on the Intellichem screen I just have to push the select button two times and it goes away. This happens sometimes 3-4 times a day, while other days, two pushes of the select button lasts all day.
When the error is on the screen, the Easytouch displays “N/A” for PH and ORP readings resulting in not turning on the salt cell when needed or feeding acid. After pressing select twice, the readings show back up on Easytouch and the salt cell kicks back on.
I have tried replacing and reseading the communication wire with no success (same issue).
