IntelliCenter Lights Not Working Anymore

Hi there,
In panic mode -- have a kiddo party tonight.
Lights WERE working. Just got everything like 2 weeks ago.
Now lights won't go on, breaker won't go all the way over to on, reset everything, can hear the relay, but nada.
Anyone got any thoughts that an idiot like me could try?

With the lights OFF on the IntelliCenter will the breaker reset?

Is the lights breaker shared with any other devices?

Are you comfortable working on the high voltage section of the IntelliCenter?

Post pics of the breakers.
