When I previously had an EasyTouch system on another pool, I could use the Pentair software to see how long the heater was running each day, which allowed me to keep track of the general cost of heating it. Now I have a new pool with Intellicenter and I can't seem to find any data on pool heater usage in the app - am I missing something?

I never had an EasyTouch to know what it gave you.
I was never able to get any history or reports from 2.026 in my IntelliCenter. But I never expected it or missed it.

The IntelliCenter did not do what the manual showed for me. Maybe it will on 3.0 once I open my pool.
