Intellicenter heater power

When hooking a heater(Pentair minimax NT 400) up to the power panel, do you run power straight from the breaker to the heater or from a relay which has power supplied from a breaker?

SC,

There is no reason for the AC power to go through a relay... The IntelliCenter does not control the heater via the AC power.
