cya added. bleach added. per pool calc. haven't tested yet... will do in the morning.Do you already have your CYA to add to the pool water? How about some bleach and a good place to get some from when needed?
Have you run any tests on your fill water? Do all of them except the CYA as that has to be added. Share the results here and I will work you up a shopping list.

1/2 in... for now. gonna buy some 3/4 or 1 in when I get a chanceWhat is the inside diameter of that 400' of vinyl hose? I can't imagine you will get more than a couple of GPM's through that.
Solar heating is all about heating a lot of water a few degrees with a large surface area exposed to the sun.
Nice work none the less, plumbing work looks great.
so i took a break from trench digging and added 2 random lengths of vinyl.... about 12 loops worth each... with t-s, manifold style, which was my plan.... output jumped to about 5-6 gallon per minute out of the eyeball. water temp is about 5 degrees higher at eyeball than surfaceWhat is the inside diameter of that 400' of vinyl hose?
