Does anyone have experience with tile color on infinity a edge pool? We are questioning whether to use a light glossy finish color (being used on the waterline for maintenance reasons) will impact the illusion of an infinity edge. I am wondering if we should use that to cover the weir dam or would it be better to use a dark color more conducive to create an infinity appearance?

Your goal is to not notice the edge of the infinity, choosing a color that blends in with the horizon will help accomplish that, is the infinity edge facing towards the pool or away from the pool?
I am leaning to putting a blue tile on the top of the weir and light color down the outside.
Has a flood test been done yet to confirm that it’s level prior to tile installation?
Go get as many different blue tiles you can find that are in stock in your area. Put them on top of your wall. See which one looks best in real life. I am thinking at least 4 tiles of each color will work best. This is really the only way to pick the best one for you.
