Hi, just wondering if anyone has found a good pool alarm to warn you if and when someone, whether a person or pet has fallen in the pool. All the ones I see on Amazon have no more than 3 stars. They either don't work all the time, batteries don't last, they quit working, and various other problems. I'm really only concerned with my older dog who refuses to go in the pool, even though he fell in yesterday. I happened to be in the pool at the time with the my other pup who enjoys the pool and that's the reason he fell in. He'll run around the perimeter of the pool following the other dog while yelping at her.

I was told back when that the in pool alarms get triggered by every ripple. It doesnt know if its an animal or a gust of wind that made the ripple. Maybe a temporary fence would be better.
