Being back to 450 already seems a little bit high considering soft water makeup so I'm really curious. You got it down to 150, correct? Have you checked the makeup stream at, or near the end of the softener run cycle? You might have some hardness leaking through before regen time, but there's only one way to know for sure. Just curious about what's going on.
