I would work on adjusting your TA down once you get the pH up. It might take a week or so of the yo yo of TA adjustment but your liner will thank you
The liner is Latham Bali/Blue Granite. It was a great day to put the liner in, maybe the last one we get that’s why we changed the order of operations.I love the liner you chose! Can't wait to see more pictures. (Plus, it looks like great weather to put a liner in for a fall day in OH...)
Whew. It can always be worse, right? Focus on the blue, not the green! On a side not, not my previous snake PB (yet!) but one pool contractor here was just sentenced to 12 months and $40K restitution and another had a judgement against them for $160K. At least I didn’t end up with one of those PB’s, just had to wait two years, fire the PB to get a new one and pay a Crud ton more (inflation!)
The story I'm remembering was about an unfinished yard's dirt getting into a plaster pool and ruining the finish. Perhaps with vinyl it's a non-issue. Just wanted to mention it, in case anything needs to be considered... Some dirt is "inert," other types can stain. Not too concerned about it getting dirty. Should have everything good except concrete by next week, will be able to vac and all. I can scoop up a few stray leaves that get in until then.
Got it, that makes sense. I can’t imagine dirt doing anything to the liner, but you never know. I’ve seen vinyl liners get filthy and then cleaned and look brand new.The story I'm remembering was about an unfinished yard's dirt getting into a plaster pool and ruining the finish. Lord knows my construction zone tested that theory all summer.I’ve seen vinyl liners get filthy and then cleaned and look brand new.
Same thing here, concrete should go in relatively soon. Not sure how I’ll do with the grass this time of year though.Lord knows my construction zone tested that theory all summer.
The patio going in cut the dirt in half, then finally having some grass growing stopped the rest.
