Identifying and removing this surface debris? Help!

I have increased the contrast on this photo to show a little more clearly, however I’m seeing this translucent debris on top of my pool that I can’t seem to get rid of. I’ve been in SLAM for 8 days and all my levels are great with the exception of having this stuff and a bit of cloudiness I’m not sure is related. For context I have the Intex Ultra XTR with the bucket skimmer and the T-100 test kit. I have been using the panty hose trick on my skimmer basket and running the pump and vacuum constantly. I also have a sand filter.

It looks like environmental debris a.k.a. pollen. Just keep running your filter n changing your skimmer socks. It'll eventually subside.

Looks like fluff from cottonwood tree to me

looks like tree pollen or some type of seed to me as well. Trees in the spring create so much stuff to clean!
