ic60 need new cell?

My Intellichlor ic60 cell has power because the flow and Salt lights are lit and green.

The cell light and the % lights are not lit at all. The more and less buttons do nothing. Holding the more button for diagnostics does nothing.
I acid cleaned the cell and it was already clean. Checked the fuse because that's easy.

Sounds like I need a new cell but I'd hate to buy a new cell and find out it's something else. Is there anything else to do? I'm not sure how old this one is.

Is your IC60 a standalone SWCG, or is it connected to an automation system, like an EasyTouch?

Do you have an IntelliChem???

Thanks Jim. It is connected to an Aqualink Rs. I do not control the Intellichlor through the aqualink. It just comes on with the pump and I control the % with the buttons on the cell.
No Intellichem.
