IC40 Solid red light

Ok thanks so I’ve got to run it in manual to get to that menu?
I'm not sure what you mean by "run it in manual." It has to be powered up. And yours is powered up 24/7, right? So you just go out and press the correct button anytime.

@Dirk I thought it the intellicenter was controlling it then all the on button commands do not work...like I can up the chlorine % through the app so figured that meant the buttons were not active?

Ah, OK, now I know what you meant. Thx. I don't actually know the answer. A Pentair VS pump works that way, the automation controller takes over the interface and locks out the pump's onboard controls. I don't know the same is true for their IntelliChlor SWGs. Mine is down right now, so I can't check. I'm pretty sure I've checked the Hours Remaining on mine, while it was still being controlled by my EasyTouch. But I've never tried to adjust the output %.

Just try the button combo for Hours Remaining. It'll either work or it won't, it won't hurt anything.

@Jimrahbe, do you know which on-board buttons/functions of an IntelliChlor work and which don't when there is a Pentair Automation Controller present? Can you test the Hours Remaining? Can you change the output settings from the IntelliChlor and have them reflect in the Automation Controller's interface?

I know you can only get very rough output percentage adjustments from the IntelliChlor itself: 2,4,6,8,10,20,40,60,80,100%, you can't get the one-percent increments you can get from the Controller, which is why I've never even tried to do that with mine.
