Hello everyone! recently moved into a home with a i aqualink Rs system and im trying to setup the app, but i believe the antenna isint getting power, i tried moving switch to on and off and also pressing reset button but neither the red or green light are on. Any ideas?

Do you have a multimeter and know how to use it.
First follow the antenna wire into the Aqualink and confirm all four wires are connected to a RS-485 connector.
On the Aqualink RS-485 black and yellow are data lines. Do not touch them with the multimeter.
Red and green are power. You should measure 15V DC between red and green wires at the RS-485 connector or at the antenna board.
