iAqualink 2.0 RS Online but lights not turning on

iAqualink 2.0 RS running v1.5

Lights were working yesterday.

- Device status shows online via browser
- Device status shows online on the mobile app

When I turn the lights on either on the app or browser they don't turn on.
Both the app or browser shows that the lights are on but they're not actually coming on.


Any ideas?

Check the internet connection to your Aqualink panel.

Can you turn your lights on and off from the panel?

All iAqualink goes through the Jandy server and the Internet. The app and browser just tell you what the Jandy server thinks is happening.

Go to the outside AquaLink panel and put it in Service Mode. Then press the buttons to activate the lights. That bypasses the wireless connections and going to the Jandy servers. This will tell you if the lights function or not. If not, then you may have a light issue and not related to the iAquaLink.

Check your gfci and the breaker that controls the light circuit.
