This is a picture of our pool we recently purchased the home 3 months ago. The pool has an interesting back story as the previous owner hand picked the rocks from the river and built the pool him self. We got the pumps and filter all figured out we noticed some cracks and went through and used a sealer on any cracks we see there was still water loss so I decided if we want to have a pool that it will be fixed to the best of our abilities so we are draining it, and we were wanting to know if there is a clear sealer we could use to cover the entire inside of the pool and help seal up any of the tiny cracks we can't see. I have already called some of our local pool shops and no one had any idea of what to use so do I. we are looking for any kind of solution or advice as we are first time pool owners and with a pool that is very unique.

There is no clear sealer like you are looking for to waterproof rock joints.
What you have is a man made pond and not a pool. A pond always leaks water into the ground.
The correct construction techniques would have been to put a rubber waterproof membrane on the ground to form a shell before the rocks were put down. I doubt the DIY builder did that.
Just add water as necessary during the pool season and enjoy soaking in your pond.

what would you recommend I try to do then because I could only imagine that he didnt I think it was built in the 80s.

Seal any joints between the stones with grout.
You will likely not get every leaking area so accept that you will be adding water to your pond.
I suppose you could dig all the grout out and regrout it with epoxy grout. Not sure Id want to donthat untilnit got a bit cooler though.
What a pretty pool! I would have bought the house just for the pool. Is that a waterfall I see at the top right?
As for the leaks I agree with @ajw22 in that it may leak a bit due to the nature of the grout. No biggie really so long as you keep your testing up and chemicals balanced.
