I feel a Tingle around light even with breaker off

My pool has a noticeable tingle current even with power off to the entire property right by the meter base. Am I crazy

You are saying you have shut down the main power breaker to the whole house and pool?

You have stray current from someplace. You need a qualified electrician in to assess this, along with notice to your power company. They can send someone out to trace it down.

You should NOT go swimming in that pool until it is checked out. This has potential to be serious.
