When you changed networks your IP addressing changed. The Protocol Adapter (PA) may be stuck with the old IP address and range.
The 3 button reset often does not work to get the adapter into DHCP mode to obtain a new IP address. The Screenlogic adapter must have a firmware version of 5.2.736 or above for the reset functionality to work. Previous firmware versions does NOT support resetting to clear its IP settings, so don't keep trying.
Pentair Support can tell you when your Screenlogic device last connected to them and what IP address it was.
Sometimes a router or ISP has ports closed for network security that prevent ScreenLogic from communicating with the Pentair servers. A member monitored his network communication and reported the following port usage:
Local connection is TCP 80
Outbound Connection Ports:
UDP 53 - DNS - required
UDP 453 - unknown intermittent use - only to one observed IP listed below
TCP 500 - Key Management/isakmp? - frequent and required - only to one observed IP listed below
TCP 1000 - unknown - frequent and required
TCP 7575 - unknown - frequent and required
TCP range 32200 - 32600 (currently observed usage between 32269 - 32504) - dynamic and used when connecting to Screenlogic App
Observed connection IP's along with validated IP from Pentair tech support troubleshooting (US/North America):
Validated with Tech Support:
104.130.244.134 - Texas USA - primary IP - observed most often - only observed port is TCP 1000
104.130.253.134 - Georgia USA - secondary IP - observed as remote connection IP with UDP 453, TCP 7575, and TCP range
Additional Observed:
104.130.124.122 - Germany
104.130.126.90 - Germany
104.130.135.220 - Washington USA
104.130.136.29 - Washington USA
104.130.138.186 - Texas USA
104.130.243.250 - Germany - frequently contacted - only observed port is TCP 1000
