I have a Hallmark pool, fiberglass walls with cement bottom. Can I fiberglass over wall seams and where walls meet cement floor?

I was going to do it. I thought I would seal the seams with pool caulk then cover them with fiberglass. I've already had the pool sandblasted.

Never on a pool only cars. Wouldn't consider myself an expert. It's my daughter's house she just bought and the pool has been abandoned for several years. Got prices of over 100,000 for new and over 30,000 for liners with no real guarantee.
Are you doing that to then fill with water? It won't hold. A hybrid pool does not have the compression in the concrete to hold water. It needs a liner.
Not sure what you mean. The pool has fiberglass sides with cement bottom. It hold water but leaks through cracks where bottom meets wall. Figured if I seal the I should also do vertical seams in the walls.
I planned on painting entire pool with epoxy pool paint.

Good luck. I don't think with all your efforts and expense the pool will stay leak proof for long.
