Pool is 25yrs old - 18,000 gal, in-ground gunite, plaster pool with raised spa, chlorine-based, System 3 Sta-rite DE filter, Jandy JXI pool heater, Pentair 2hp Whisperflo Pump; self maintained with the exception of the following: Pool pump replaced 3 time; Pool has been re-plastered twice approximately every 10 years. Brick coping replaced with flagstone at 10 years and mesh tile replaced with square tiles at 10 years. Used chlorinator for about 5 years and then replaced with floating chlorinator. Pool lights replaced at the 20yr mark.
