@RDspaguy My old Hotspring tub has some bands of decorative tiles sort of caulked onto the sidewalls of the tub and the bands of tiles are mostly below the waterline. Some of the original white silicone or whatever they used has come off causing a few of the tiles to fall off. I want to recaulk them in place. I need to use a white silicone or other type caulking product. Is there any brand of silicone or other type caulking that works best for this type of application or will pretty much any 100% silicone caulking work as good as the others?

Any 100% silicone.
The tiles were originally put in with non-sanded siliconized grout if I'm not mistaken.
I've used caulk and epoxy putty (a-b putty) with varying degrees of success. Tile adhesion is the key, and caulk won't hold it for long. A dab of liquid nails or JB weld does a decent job, just make sure your surfaces are clean and you don't drip.
